A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to answer.

West Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act, W.Va. Code ยงยง46A-6O-1 et seq., became effective July 1, 2026. It provides qualifying consumers with access, correction, deletion, and certain opt-out rights, subject to the law's scope and exceptions. Because we retain little information, a request generally means checking contact messages and available logs. Submit it through the Contact page. Public records held by West Virginia, Cabell County, or a municipality remain under the control of the government custodian, so requests concerning those records must go there.
